Cancellation Policies

Refundable fares

Cancellations or changes made prior to 24 hours before entry, have no charge. After this time 100% of the first night’s accommodation will be charged as a penalty.

NON-refundable fares

The hotel charges for cancellations and modifications:

• The booking does not allow modifications.
• In case of cancellation the entire stay will be charged.
• In the event of a no show, the entire stay will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, the entire stay will be charged.
• Prepayment: The total amount will be charged at time of booking.
